Persuasive Topics

Here's a movie that'll make a nonbeliever believe in God. It is about the powerful prophecy of 666 and how God cast Jesus as a sort of voodoo doll, and then sacrificed him to show us that a powerful and hated nation will soon be sacrificed. You’ll find out all about that when you watch the movie. Click here to watch it, or to go to the Sign of Jonas site, click here.

Here's something which you might be able to get a good A good Persuasive Topic for a speach or conversation from. The concept known as "the tragedy of the commons" says that when people share a resource they destroy it for the sake of profit. For example, if 100 farmers are allowed to graze animals on a common grazing ground, each farmer, trying to make as much profit as possible, will graze as many animals as possible. The combined result, is to many animals will be on the land, and it will be destroyed. This explains why the Earth, which is another shared resource, is being destroyed. Here's a twist for you... Suppose you take that same 100 farmers, put them on the same piece of land, and this time have the land owned by a company and the 100 farmers all work for that company. Now those same farmers will protect the land. Just a slight change in the motivation system is all that is needed.

This proves that all that is needed is a new system of society to end the destruction of the Earth. Where there is a will, there is a way, and Conceivia.com is the way.

A good Persuasive Topic is related to freedom of speech, as it applies to pornography. Yet, pornography and other commercial info interferes with our freedom of speech, as it overloads the Internet and other medias, thereby preventing people from being able to express their views. This could be fixed with the addition of one word, making it "freedom of non-commercial speech". Pornography is almost entirely commercial, and the small amount that isn't, no one really cares about.

You can find many good Persuasive Topics relating to the environment, for example: Should someone be allowed to use as much fuel as he/she wants just because he/she is rich enough to be able to buy it? What gives one person more right to destroy the environment and use up future fuel supplies as another? What about a nation? Many nations all over the world complain about USA producing massive amounts of pollution.

What about the concept of war being a for profit venture? You could find some good Persuasive Topics in that area. For example, many of the people involved in the decision making process of starting war are also people who profit by it, creating conflict of interest. Another example, the contract for putting out oil fires in Irac was awarded to a company without the legal requirement of asking for quotes. That contract was worth billions of dollars. Wouldn't that make an interesting Persuasive Topic.

Should someone be allowed to use as much fuel as he/she wants just because he/she is rich enough to be able to buy it? What gives one person more right to destroy the environment and use up future fuel supplies as another?

Here's kind of twist, which might give you something to think about. Is it prejudice for a person to hate a religion or other entity. which hates people of another religion or entity? Notice how I'm not saying is it prejudice to hate a particular person, 'cause that's obviously prejudice. I'm asking, is it prejudice to hate a way of entity, such as a religion, organization, cult, business, nation, etc. For example, a person can hate a religion, and still love many people who belong to that religion. Prejudice means pre-judging, or judging before you know, so if you know that a religion, organization, or other, is hateful of a certain group of people, it would seem to me, that is judging after you know and not prejudice. Hatred is bad in any case though, obviously. One more thing along this same line of thinking, is it wrong to hate people who are prejudice?
